Rooms may be viewed on www.rosewellspa.co.za and an appointment may be made by phoning 0824003993 to view rooms on site before booking. This establishment cannot be held responsible if guests do not ensure that the offered accommodation fulfils their requirements and those of their partners before booking.

Cancellation and refund policy:

Cancellation within 7 days of booking commencement date:  Deposits and pre-payments 100% non-refundable unless the accommodation is re-let.

Cancellation 8 or more days before booking commencement date: R100 administration fee retained

A holding period of 7 banking days will be applicable on all refunds.

Arrival and departure

Booking-in time: 13:00 - 20:00 daily. Bookings are strictly for the number of persons booked. No pets or additional persons (including babies and children) will be admitted.

Booking-out time: room key to be handed in and account settled at 10:00 on day of departure. Additional spa-treatments maybe taken after booking-out, subject to prepayment for spa services. An additional charge of R100 per hour will be levied for late vacation of rooms until 12.00, after which a full day’s rate will be levied.

Meal times

Dining room hours are not negotiable. No refunds will be given for meals not taken.

Breakfast: 08.00 - 11.00 daily

Dinners:  Booking by 4pm essential

Fridays & Saturdays: 18.30 - 20:00 (booking by 4pm essential). Dinner served at 18:30, kitchen closed at 20:00, dining room closed at 20:30.                

Sunday - Thursday: 18:00 - 19:00 (booking by 4pm essential). Dinner served at 18:00, kitchen closed at 18:45, dining room closed at 19:00

No refunds will be given for meals not taken or pre-paid cancelled services.
